Kalu I do not underestimate the risk of cardiac disease in women, which incidentally kills more women than breast cancer, but as I'm sure you know it's multi factorial. (Most of us older women are at risk, merely because of our age). Smoking would probably be top of the list for risk factors, family history, raised cholesterol, obesity, alcohol intake, lack of physical activity, to name a few.
I would not like to say a woman who is overweight, not clinically obese as far as I can see, is more at risk than anyone else without knowing her personal history.
