Thank you so much for posting this. I looked at the book in Waterstones when it came out and it was huge! I haven’t read the other two books but did watch the tv series Wolf Hall which was wonderful. It is down on my list of things to watch and listen to over the next few weeks.

My son gave me The Mirror and the Light for Mother’s Day. I read the first few pages and was hooked but I haven’t read the first 2 books so I stopped reading and have the other 2 ordered. They are supposed to arrive tomorrow.

WW2 They take being re-read twice.

Yes, I've read them twice. Brilliant. Am now halfway through Mirror.

I also read the first two and have bought The Mirror and the Light to read during this prolonged seclusion. I look forward to starting it soon and living a parallel Tudor existence for a while.

Do hope they will be televising this one, with the same cast of course. I've been rewatching the first two. Claire Foy was so good as Anne Boleyn, really moving in the execution scene.

I read the first two years ago and gave them to people to read so they are not on my shelves any more. So I treated myself and bought the trilogy to read during lock down this summer in the garden.

They take being re-read twice.

Is being read on radio 4 at 12.04 Monday to Friday. It's in 15 episodes and started last week but is available on BBC sounds. There's an omnibus at 2.30 on Sunday. Much easier than reading it.
