Ellianne Tue 10-Nov-20 16:55:39

Excellent! Good for them, tackling the coronavirus issues from a medical perspective.

NotAGran55 Tue 10-Nov-20 18:54:50

Yay!

moggie57 Tue 10-Nov-20 19:00:21

havent watched tv for years too many flashing scenes (lights) i get my brother to put shows on dvd....holby makes me feel sick watching people who are dying/injured etc.

farview Tue 10-Nov-20 20:15:00

Agree BlueBelle..but to just relax and watch the c* is great ?

farview Tue 10-Nov-20 20:30:12

..was hoping psychopath Cameron may have left...he actually spoils it for me ?

Jane10 Tue 10-Nov-20 20:41:59

I'm so happy to hear that Holby's back. Don't know why though. It drives me nuts.
The Cameron storyline was really stupid. Didn't add up at all. Suddenly he was a bad guy!

BlueBelle Wed 11-Nov-20 03:57:53

Well that disappointed me I watched about 10 minutes and it was like watching the daily news so I turned it off I couldn’t sit through an hour of COVID
Maybe I missed a good story I ll have to catch up it was just like watching a news replay and I was needing something that wasn’t fully COVID related
Did it get better ?

farview Wed 11-Nov-20 06:45:00

No*BlueBelle*..it didnt get better....

tanith Wed 11-Nov-20 08:27:28

It was full on Covid I didn’t enjoy it much either but glad it’s back hopefully it’ll get better.

Ellianne Wed 11-Nov-20 09:14:32

Oh no, that's a shame. I've got it recorded to watch.

LadyGracie Wed 11-Nov-20 09:42:22

I thought you meant ‘I’m a Celebrity’ wink

Shelmiss Wed 11-Nov-20 09:44:34

I think it’s complete rubbish. BUT it’s my guilty pleasure ?

crazyH Wed 11-Nov-20 09:49:54

Holly City is too depressing for me. I'm looking forward to I'm a Celebrity. ... It's light hearted and entertaining. This year it will be in Nortth Wales. Hmmmmm...

Ellianne Wed 11-Nov-20 09:51:42

Yes, I'm a celebrity will be weird this year. What sort of creepy crawlies do they have in Wales?

Atqui Tue 17-Nov-20 14:47:50

Don’t know why they bothered to put Holby back if that’s all they could come up with.As Bluebelle said - might as well have watched the news.

Jane10 Tue 17-Nov-20 16:40:33

Very 'woke' too!

Coolgran65 Tue 17-Nov-20 16:46:19

Last week’s episode was dire. I do hope tonight’s episode goes back to its usual format.

BlueBelle Tue 17-Nov-20 16:52:42

Me too Coolgran I ll switch off again if it’s a complete CoviD night o can’t bear it far too depressing

NotAGran55 Tue 17-Nov-20 16:56:09

Totally agree about last weeks episode and Ric has gone ?

BlueBelle Tue 17-Nov-20 16:59:11

Oh missed that is he dead ?

WOODMOUSE49 Tue 17-Nov-20 17:04:16

Any hospital dramas are not my pleasure. I have watched all the series of Hospital (BBC2). Brilliant and thought provoking. Especially in current times.

8:00 tonight is Bake Off night for me smile grin

Franbern Tue 17-Nov-20 18:02:02

Bluebelle, No they did not kill Ric off, he is off to Africa - perhaps he will re-union with his former two=-times wife there!! It does also mean that he could be brough back at sometime in the future.
Do hope they bring the Cameron story line to a speedy end.Must be difficult to make a NHS story without making too much of the current virus. But, agree last weeks episode was very depressing.
Doctors seem to be coping pretty well, everybody well distanced, but no particular references to Covid.

sodapop Tue 17-Nov-20 18:55:38

I completely forgot about it last week but doesn't sound as if I missed much. I am a fan so will be watching tonight.
Didn't understand your comment about Cameron Jane10 he has been the baddie for ages or have I missed something?
