Unforgotten.

That was a very powerful ending, and very moving. But could someone please explain what the relevance was of the young lad turning up at the door of Matthew Walsh’s brother Clive and saying he was his nephew, Joshua? What are we missing / or have we forgotten?

Sad but a fitting ending. They were an incredible team.

But I think they re right, so many dramas go on a series too long Last tango was one and Strike too last series such a let down

I did not see that coming, watching it with my daughter, we were both really shocked, we didn’t expect her to die.
We felt that in the end, the only thing which really mattered was Cassie, the rest of if seemed insignificant, we didn’t really care who did what to whom.
I still feel really upset. Surely the mark of excellent television when you care so much for the characters.

Fabulous series, great stories and wonderful actors. I’m emotionally drained.

Oh gosh, I too am awash with tears ???

Just cried my eyes out!! Dean Barton sobbing in the interview room just undid me. And then Cassie’s father sat on the bench, listening again and again to her voice and sincere apology (gulp!) and his own sobbing as she says ‘I love you dad’. Waterworks again. My eyes are like slits!
