Rhys deserved to go through to the quarter final from the dance off but the fight Tilly put up was gob-smacking. She really wanted to go through and did the dance say more justice than the first time.
She seems a fine young woman.
Dan doesn’t seem to be hungry to win- he appears to coast along. (but still gets a shed-load of votes).

I didn’t think it was the right result, she’s a better dancer than Dan. I will be cross next week if he doesn’t go.

Such a shame Dan still in. If his fans keep him in next week then we'll be losing a top performer.

Tilly is a lovely and very mature 19 year old. Her little speech was very good.

I agree, Josianne about Gordon not making the noises - he's always in tears which I find quite likeable.

I am really cross over Dan but the judges are partly to blame as they are marking him higher each week than he deserves. Grrr.

AJ was my favourite tonight then Dan. Didn't like John's tango his partner made him look better than he was. Agree with Craig on Rose's paso too much stomping and a bit boring. Think Tilly will be in dance off as her samba wasn't great and it depends on Dan's followers if he joins her. If he doesn't my guess is he could go all the way to the final if he wins the public vote every week.

Yes, I agree about the big dresses, and I thought Nancy's dress was very pretty when she was dancing with Rhys.

Oh yes, I agree about the big dresses too. So much more elegant and enhance the ballroom dances.

Yes, I miss the big dresses Mollygo but I think the fantastic sets, which have come along way, make up for it a bit. Rhys and Nancy's twinkly trees were such an example.

All the people who care about the results have been driven off the thread for the weekend days by people who don't have the sense they were born with.

I'm doing what the grandchildren do and covering my ears and eyes saying blah blah blah when posters try to spoil the results. It isn't easy though and I think it is a very unkind thing to do, if it is true.

It’s no good saying Dan should go -as a dancer, I agree he should, but this is a popularity contest as well.
I thought Rhys was better this week and Rose was not so good. I think the final should have AJ in it. It will probably be Rose, John and AJ.
Is it just me who misses the skirts in some of the dances, especially the Viennese waltz?
The footwork may be wonderful but to me it just doesn’t look as good.

I agree Sparklefizz Dan has had far more exposure publicly than the others. He has more opportunity as a presenter on the BBC Breakfast programme to bring up his taking part in Strictly and has brought it up twice this week, as well as a slot on The One Show and the It Takes Two spin-off. He seems a nice man BUT I believe a dancer with high dancing ability should be in the final and Dan should go this week.

I'm really enjoying SCD this year. Usually as the series goes on, I get fed up with the annoying people. I have been more tolerant of them all this year (Go me ) I do wish though that they had gone to Blackpool Tower Ballroom and also that there were less of the purile "interviews" and those irritating rehearsal clips before they dance. Obviously just waffle to fill up the time. Wish they either did a longer dance or 2 dances instead.

What would the benefit be to the BBC of them rigging the show so that people get annoyed about who stays in?
