Knowing how easily ones confidence can be eroded by family, Yasmeen has sympathy with Audrey, when she hears about her children 'badgering' her about her age related car accident.
So when she also hears about Audrey's hurt pride over Rita going to another hairdresser, she decides to act.
Wanting to reward Alya for all her help, and support Audrey, she thinks she can kill two birds with one stone and sets up a surprise pampering session for Alya.
with Audrey giving her a makeover.
Unbeknownst to all, Audrey hasn't exactly steadied her nerves over the Imran incident as yet , and is still to be found with a sneaky hip flask of GnT about her person.
On the duly appointed time she packs up all the relevant items and sets up in Yasmeens house. Lotions, perfume the air and warm towels await Alya, to her pleasant surprise.
She sits back and relaxes whilst Audrey performs her magic.
Alyas nails are perfect, her skin glowing. All that is left to do is rinse the expensive organic hair conditioner out of Alya's beautiful jet black flowing locks.
Off with the towel, and SCREAMS and SCREECHES all round.........
Horror of horrors, Audrey has mistakenly put PERM lotion not conditioner on her hair!!!
(due once again to her alcoholic blurred vision, she has picked up the wrong bottle)

Meanwhile......
Billy the Vicar has fallen hard for Dev whose affections have cooled somewhat.
So Billy is always looking for ways to bump into Dev.
The most effective idea he has come up with is to suggest Dev donates out of date food to the soup kitchen he runs.
So he is constantly found in the shop nervously pretending to inspect the wonky courgettes, bent cucumbers, and sprouting potatoes.
But in reality, as soon as he sees Dev his knees go all weak, and all he can do is look into his lugubrious, limpid eyes, sigh and stroke the veg rather suggestively.
Much to observant Dev's consternation.
Things are heating up with Evelyn and Steve,.
Steve, believe it or not brings out the motherly side in Evelyn and she satisfies his craving for being doted on.
Especially as Tracy and Amy constantly take the micky out of him.
As they sit on the Red Rec, watching the dogs play, Evelyn wraps her coat and arms around Steve to keep him warm
An idea begins to hatch in Evelyns head, and she thinks she can work on Steve to set her up in a pet shop or grooming business.
Steve is obliviously on cloud nine each time they embrace, and is agreeing with everything she suggests whilst he is with her.
Not a hint of reality or guilt is allowed to sully their fleeting assignations.
Not even the fact that Booboo who has made a friendship with Cerberus, has been found by Tracy sitting outside Evelyns front door a couple of times?????.........................................
