Only realised this morning that the mental health nurse goading Lucky was a figment of her imagination - (an alter ego) .Am I only one stupid enough to think there was yet another weirdo at Holby??

I think they pinched that idea from the film The Sixth Sense. The fact that nobody addressed this mental health nurse gave the game away for me.

I don't know why I watch Holby City. It's become completely ridiculous, and yet I just can't seem to stop myself!

Same here. I think they must be deliberately making it so awful, so that we won’t mind it ending.
We have been watching Holby again from the beginning, and have just reached Oliver not coping with Tara’s death. The programme dealt with real medical and ethical dilemmas in the early days, then degenerated into too many personal relationship issues, especially between gays. Too much going on in the workplace.
