Marr is going to LBC, he starts in the new year

Yes, clearly it is down to me!
The first complaint I sent was before Brexit.

Eazybee it’s been on the news today that Marr is leaving the beeb, and going to Global, which I assume means going to LBC.
He said something about ‘having a voice’.

I complain regularly about Andrew Marr and his interviewing techniques, when he asks questions of his guests but interrupts them before they are allowed to answer. And yes, I have has replies apologising for him.

I tried to remember which advert it was, I know they kept using different words to replace (implied) swear words.

What was offensive about it Elless, or was it misleading?
I once phoned the BBC regarding a trailer for a series about art. There were loads of factual errors in it (they showed paintings with the artists’ names underneath, but lots were wrong) it was embarrassing really. It wasn’t shown again.

I complained about an advert (I think it was Green Flag) and ASA told me there had been numerous complaints.

I’ve just done it. It was really easy and straightforward. You just fill in a online form.
I think that odious Allen may have finally overstepped the mark.

Not Ofcom, but I have emailed a couple of programmes in the past over what I considered thoughtless and ill informed articles. They never replied.

He called asylum seekers ‘murderers and paedophiles’.
I’d only just turned it on, it was between 4.45 and 5.50.
He said something which ended in ‘we get all the murderers and paedophiles’; you could hear his producer trying to get him to backtrack, and then he said ‘it’s true! Just ask Priti Patel’.
I’m going to have to listen on catch up to get the exact words that he said in his lead up.
But he definitely said that the asylum seekers ‘we get’ are ‘all murderers and paedophiles’.
He is renowned for saying offensive and frankly stupid stuff.
He was recently in trouble for ‘fat shaming’ Tilly Ramsey, but that’s nothing compared to what he says about Katie Price and Gemma Collins.
