DH and I really enjoyed this film. Set in the not too distant future an astronaut, played by Brad Pitt, is sent on a special mission to Mars to try to make contact with his father, played by Tommy Lee Jones, who was previously thought to be dead but is now thought to be on Neptune where he arrived 15 years before to head up a mission to search for intelligent life. It is thought that power surges causing problems on Earth are being caused by the project. There are some tense moments and the interactions between father and son are very moving.
