Did anyone else watch the Christmas Eve ghost story (BBC) called The Mezzotint?

I didn’t, but I have seen it. It is extremely creepy! I like MR James’ ghost stories.

I did, also read the story. Very creepy, made me jump, and gave me the shudders.

I liked it as I love stories by M.R.James. Reading the story is just as creepy. The only criticism of the Mark Gatiss version is , he should have stopped short at the ending. I don't want to say too much and spoil other's enjoyment. I wish they would televise more of M.R. James's works.

I watched it on Christmas Eve, a bit creepy but not too scary. Just rather strange.

I watched it this lunchtime (to avoid being too scared) and found it entertaining, well acted and beautifully shot.

Usual brilliant Mark Gatiss adaptation. He changed the end slightly but made it really scary.
