I cannot stand Yasmeen either.
Her terrible acting, her miserable whiny voice, what is there to like?

Anyone notice how Leanne walks to show how annoyed she is about something?

Whether it’s to do with the bistro and Debbie/Ryan, or Toyah/Spider, she struts off with very quick, short, staccato steps, her heels clicking away to show how cross she is.

I find myself watching out for it.

Aw. He always had a bit of the armchair revolutionary about him though. Even as a young man he loved his Auntie Em, and talked a good fight. I don't suppose he'd have changed much.

And let's have none of this talk about it not being real . You will ruin my viewing pleasure saying things like that.

You are all right about Toyah's face. I've just watched last night's episode, and see exactly what you mean. Surgery gone wrong? She seems to have fillers in her cheeks and lips. She seems to have lost a lot of weight, too. Such a shame, as she looked fine before.

I am still quite fond of Spider, and hope that he and Toyah can have a happy future together.

How many people unable to have children have adopted a child, then suddenly, unexpectedly and happily found themselves pregnant Rosina?

I wondered last night if Tim’s mum Elaine is going to be taken in by Stephen’s charms and he’ll scam her out of her life savings.

Yes, Yasmeen’s character is so annoying, not helped by her terrible acting. Not sure why she’s been one of the main characters for years as she really is painful to watch.

I think Spider has been recruited by MI5. He's sworn to secrecy though, so he can't tell Toyah. (Yes, what has happened to her face?} Spider is investigating horrible Stephen who is obviously up to no good at all, probably after his mum's money as he seems to have lost his own, but if Spider/MI5 is after him it must be something worse than that - perhaps modern slavery. His Italian fashion business is a sweatshop and a cover for international people trafficking.

I can’t bear the return of Spider storyline. Are we really expected to believe he’s spent the last few decades protesting his way around the world since he came down from his tree on the red rec. He’s been in South America, India and who knows where else before he landed in the bin lorry cabin with Toyah.

No job, no income, no life to speak of but he’s as sure as hell up to no good. He’s lured vulnerable Toyah into his web and I think he’s left her with a little spider before he disappears.
