I've never seen House of Games, as I'm not fond of Richard Osman.

But my guilty secret... The Chaser. Bradley is perfect for that job!

I love it too. It's such a friendly show, headed by the most amiable of hosts. I always wait for 'Where is Khasakstan' and I too am astonished at the ignorance of these celebrities - and Richard. I'd be most upset if it was taken off air!

House of Games is the only 'celebrity' quiz - for want of a better word- that I think is worth watching.

In fact, it's about the only one I can think of that (in my opinion) wouldn't work well at all with non-celebrity contestants.

yes, I love House of Games

Yep , we love it too. Makes your brain work in a different way to just question and answer quizzes.

We like it. Mind you we always got up how any ‘celebrities’ we recognise.

I’m not so fond of celebrity quizzes. I’m hoping they bring back the Weakest Link for ordinary people. I quite like House of Games but also wish it was just ordinary folk. One of my favourites is The Chase, apart from the ads.

I love House of Games. My favourite rounds are Highbrow Lowbrow, where I never know the lowbrow question, and Where is Kazhakstan. It amazes me how bad the contestants are to both these :-))

My favourite rounds too!

With you totally, yggdrasil

I enjoy it every evening far more entertaining than the local news programme.

I've watched it a few times. I can't stand Pointless. What a ridiculous programme. Alexander Armstrong is awful (only my opinion obviously).

We love it! We do the same as Kim19 and go straight from Pointless to House of Games grin

We’ve been watching it for a couple of years.

As others have said it’s good to join in and sometimes beat the ‘celebs’.

Oh dear I can’t bear Richard Osman otherwise I might enjoy the format of the game. He’s one of those tv people who suddenly are everywhere. Thought his book was uninspiring too.

TillyTrotter Thu 31-Mar-22 10:20:17

It’s a favourite in our house.

GrannyGravy13 Thu 31-Mar-22 10:19:12

Love it, I sit down with a glass of chilled white shut my living room door and have 30 minutes with Richard Osman to myself.

It’s my time before preparing and cooking dinner.

Kim19 Thu 31-Mar-22 10:18:03

Yes I go straight from pointless to it. Beats news programmes hands down. He's an all round clever guy, Richard.

Does anyone else enjoy this? I record it every weekday and watch after my dinner. I think I enjoy it because I seem to be quite good at it despite lacking knowledge of football and films. Of course there is nobody to compete with at home, but I usually beat the contestants to the 'buzzer' (unless there is a delay? smile). I hope it is keeping my brain active.
