We have a new reality show starting on BBC1 Tues night called The Traitors which looks quite interesting. I will definitely give it a try. I notice they are starting it just as I'm a Celeb..... has ended. 😉

Unless BBC doesn't show Tuesday evening's football in which case Traitors will be on BBC 1 at 9 pm. Certainly keeping us on our toes!

Thanks Lixy - yes definitely!

Good fun isn’t it?

Certainly one of the better programmes.

I spotted Amanda as a likely winner some time ago. She has a way of staying under the radar and has fooled them all so far.

I'm just wondering how they filmed the weird church challenge in a consecrated place. I felt very uncomfortable about those masked people sitting there and especially the use of the confessional for playing the game. It just seemed wrong to me, playing something so creepy in a church.

Wilf's betrayal took me by surprise too. Be interesting to see if he can handle the remorse; Amanda is backing him up and that will help.

I think Alex will join the traitors out of curiosity if nothing else. She'll be good if she does, though lots of people are already questioning her honesty as she has already 'lived a lie'.

VB000 Fri 09-Dec-22 16:10:46

Nandalot that's true, what a backstabber Wilf is!

Yes Doodledog, the invisibility cloak of middle age, they all said she's "pure"!

Question is whether Alex will join them?

Doodledog Fri 09-Dec-22 14:17:31

Yes, it's tricky, isn't it? Honour amongst thieves and all that. I was a bit shocked when Wilf nominated Alyssa, but if they all stick together all the time it will become obvious, and with Maddie on his back he must be nervous.

I suppose that as new traitors come on board our loyalty to the original three will lessen.

I think you're right about Amanda staying under the radar, VB000. One of the few advatanges of being middle aged and invisible grin.

Nandalot Fri 09-Dec-22 12:46:14

Looking forward to next Monday’s episode. I was on the traitors’ side until the double cross. I know Wilf did it to save his own skin, but I really liked Alyssa.

I hope they won't be asked to eat haggis penises if it is going down the IACGMOOH road.🤢

Doodledog Fri 09-Dec-22 10:27:17

I would have lost them the money - I really don't think I could do that for 45 minutes. I am scared of the dark and hate not being able to move around. I hope they offered trauma counselling, as being buried alive is a very common phobia, and could damage people - I felt sorry for Rayan.

Anyone losing a chunk of the prize fund would be vulnerable though.

VB000 Fri 09-Dec-22 09:59:10

Forgot to add - last night's task was pretty horrible, if you were one of the ones underground!

VB000 Fri 09-Dec-22 09:58:05

Chestnut

I think Amanda most likely to win. No-one seems to suspect her. Alyssa and Wilf are already under suspicion.

Well done Chestnut - Amanda the Welsh dragon seems to be flying under the radar.

The 2 new guys are making them all reassess their thinking!

Can hardly wait for the next episode...

Aveline Fri 09-Dec-22 09:00:50

Indeed. It's addictive viewing. I'd murder Maddy as she's so annoying but it would be too obviously in Will's interest to get rid of her.

Parsley3 Thu 08-Dec-22 23:16:46

Ooh, traitors betraying traitors. Roll on next week.

Doodledog Thu 08-Dec-22 21:50:37

Oof!

It had to happen, but that must have been so difficult. I wonder if the missing traitor will be replaced. They won't trust each other at all now. Mwa ha ha ha!

Elrel Thu 08-Dec-22 21:47:17

Decision time for Amanda!!

Doodledog Thu 08-Dec-22 11:51:01

Was wondering though whether being a traitor gives you a better chance of being the winner - obviously only if you're good enough.

I think there will be a few more twists and turns. I did think yesterday that the traitors were getting an easy ride when Claudia said that they were playing a great game. I also think that when the numbers reduce it will be harder to hide. Two traitors are already under suspicion, and there are still quite a few still standing - particularly as they brought the other two back in.

VB000 Thu 08-Dec-22 11:40:45

Totally agree - the Traitors do deserve to win! Was wondering though whether being a traitor gives you a better chance of being the winner - obviously only if you're good enough.

Does anyone have any ideas on who will be "murdered" next??

Aveline Thu 08-Dec-22 11:32:24

The faithfuls behave like a bunch of hysterical sheep. The traitors deserve to win.

Doodledog Thu 08-Dec-22 11:11:11

Does that make me a bad person?

Well, you're in good company if so grin.

Parsley3 Thu 08-Dec-22 10:30:33

Me too. I am joining in with them to choose who to murder. Does that make me a bad person?

aquagran Thu 08-Dec-22 10:13:10

Me too!

Aveline Thu 08-Dec-22 10:00:46

I feel I'm on the traitors side too
