Three Pines by Louise Penny on Amazon Prime

If you subscribe to Amazon Prime, which I don’t usually, you can watch Three Pines, the first in the series, by Louise Penny a detective series set in Quebec. Having read all the books I quite like the portrayal of Armand Gamache the head of homicide.

I do have Amazon prime and been looking fir a series

We watched this recently and enjoyed it.
An advert for one of her books, A World of Curiosities has appeared to the right of my post and I will have a look to find out what it’s about.

Just discovered the book has been turned into a TV series called…Three Pines. No point in buying it then😄

We enjoyed this. Lots of twists and turns but with a running theme. Let’s hope there is a second series.
