BBC4/iPlayer to host dramas from the past

11 feature length dramas either shown once only or rarely since their first showing are to be screened once weekly. I’ve seen a good number of them, but not all. I’m wondering just how good the quality of the actual film will be in some cases, the article doesn’t say they’ve been re-mastered (or whatever the term should be).
I vividly remember watching The Lost Language of Cranes starring Brian Cox (always an acting favourite of mine), it was wonderful so I’m really looking forward to seeing that again.

I remember watching Jack Rosenthal’s Eskimo Day when it was first broadcast.

I thought that Pat and Margaret was an odd choice as it is quite often repeated on Gold, but I see that is being shown as part of an evening celebrating Gransnet’s favourite woman Victoria Wood, on what would have been her 70th birthday.
What a terribly sad day is was when she died.

I thought “An Englishman Abroad” was one of the most memorable pieces of drama I’d seen - on a par with
Alan Bennett’s “A Question of Attribution”. I’d like to see that one again.
