I suspect his brother's situation - and the fact that it was a gay affair - has had undue influence and that's not right. To be tarred by the same brush as a relative is so wrong.

And by letting him slide off into the sunset just condones the whole rotten set up that sadly we're witnessing yet again.

I see where you're coming from BlueBelle. As I said upthread there's a lot to still come out. I think there's much anger and disappointment as yet again someone as high profile as Schofield isn't what he preaches to millions of viewers on a daily basis.

It’s not a witch hunt. He has written a letter of apology to the Daily Mail who were going to expose him. Imagine that the ‘dreaded Daily Mail’ of all people. But what were they going to expose? The facts are from his own mouth BlueBelle. Yet to hear from the groomed 15 year old but doubtless we may yet.
Look at Rolf Harris and Jimmy Saville. Evil in plain sight.
As I and others have said, more to come out undoubtedly. Nobody resigns from a job like that with no good reason. And it is very odd, two brothers who groom young underage men.
