Not to be over graphic, but for example only, don't large heavy breasts, even in a well fitting bra, need adjusting when running, jumping, sweating?
Mine are very large and a problem -- not even caught up between sweaty legs running all over the court as men's bits.
My husband, an avid tennis player, says - even in proper fitting under basics - bits crushed is not comfortable, adjustments may be needed.

I know. Must admit I didn’t notice but I’m a Rafa fan and so used to him constantly ‘adjusting’ that I don’t register it anymore. 🥎
