I think Harrison’s reaction is being over played, but I suppose it’s bringing to light a major rift in his and Fallon’s relationship. So watch this space. He seems to have changed character.

They have also got very different feelings about Alice. Harrison is so punitive he attempted to push his boss towards max charges. Fallon is Alice's friend and is considering Martha. Also she was really shocked at how Harrison shouted at Alice, tho I think she understand that more now.

I just wish so much the stuff about George comes out. Then wondering how Harrison would react then. He deliberately moved Alice into the drivers seat - possible Peverting the course of Justice.

I guess she is estranged from Rochelle.

Not sure what the whole Mick/Joy thing is about - but it's jolly boring!

I’m waiting for Fallon to drop the bombshell that such is her desire not to have children, she would have considered terminating the pregnancy had she not miscarried.

Hope Tom sharing how he felt about losing Wren got through to Harrison. He was starting to look as if he could lose both his relationship and his job.

Yes George’s guilt will not be uncovered until many a long day has passed, and plenty of hints dropped.

I also think it will come out but it would be better for the plot if it sat thete for a very long time....

I think he will confess to someone. Will maybe or Chelsea.

How much of an investigation there will be tho. (just want the truth about George to come out. he appears to be lapping it up atm - interviews with newspaper etc.

Having heard tonight’s episode at least we now know Alice has been bailed and is awaiting a court case so she must have been charged

Good question re police, I don't know.

Galaxy we known that she's been there to drink before.
She doesn't want to be seen drinking so went out of the way.

I am puzzled as to why no-one has asked why George was there in the first place. We know how he arrived there, but presumably the other characters did not know.

I think he told Alistair the party was rubbish so he was walking home and just happened to be at the bridge when the accident happened.

The absence of any sort of police investigation (that we know of) makes the whole storyline complete nonsense.

Strictly speaking I think Alice should have got into the back seat, rather than the front, after putting her keys in the glove compartment. I'm am a diabetic, and I know that if I have low blood sugar that's what I have to do to avoid the possibility of being arrested. That or get out of the car completely.

I to be honest thought that was a bit weak in terms of plot, she has a home or she could have got a taxi and gone to a hotel etc. If she had been found by creepy Harrison instead of George he may have arrested her.

Yes, a plot weakness.

She now - along with a lot of the village - thinks she's caused great harm. It's driven her further into self hate and further from believing any point seeking help: its criminalised her.

Exactly Wyllow3 she clearly feels useless now.

Rung Brian or any other family member or indeed his family to come and collect her.

What she had done was very self destructive -.
The why? Possibly self harming - buying the whole bottle, driving to a quiet lay-by, and drinking it all.

Her specific intention was not to drive drunk.
