Is anyone still listening or have you given up?

CoolCoco Sat 21-Oct-23 07:02:34

Helen has had a lot of trauma, I’m not sure why she hasn’t had counselling, she has become really annoying. I feel sorry for Lee, and Henry if they split up.

NotSpaghetti Sat 21-Oct-23 00:25:32

merlotgran,
I think Helen is tiring of Lee because he is looking for solutions and he wants to be included in things.

merlotgran Fri 20-Oct-23 23:12:55

Poor Henry. He hero worshipped Rob because he was far too young to understand what was really going on and despite not having any professional help that we know of following stabgate and the fallout, he has grown into a lovely lad. He is clearly fond of Lee who he now regards as a father figure.

Helen is tiring of Lee because if his immature streak. If they split up the victim will be Henry…again and does he know anything about how he was conceived?

He’s my favourite character at the moment and I fear he’s in for a rough ride.

eGJ Fri 20-Oct-23 19:17:43

Well, that came out of the left field!

However, good for Lee…….perhaps at least that relationship will work out, but list to GN……get some counselling

eGJ Fri 20-Oct-23 18:08:22

Perhaps they might tonight?

NotSpaghetti Fri 20-Oct-23 09:14:32

I wanted the vicar to suggest she was less harsh on her "vandal" son.

WHY isn't anyone (after all this time) suggesting counselling?

Delila Thu 19-Oct-23 20:59:50

At last!

merlotgran Thu 19-Oct-23 19:23:08

Well that was more than you bargained for, Helen.

Nice one, Lee!

eGJ Thu 19-Oct-23 16:28:36

Perhaps setting it up for Robert’s demise next Friday?

Delila Wed 18-Oct-23 23:03:30

Yes NotSpaghetti, Robert hasn’t been mentioned for a long time, until tonight.

NotSpaghetti Wed 18-Oct-23 20:26:52

I think the Pip/Linda conversation was setting something up.

NotSpaghetti Wed 18-Oct-23 20:26:25

I think Robert will (sadly) die on the night of the ball - IF that is resurrected...

eGJ Wed 18-Oct-23 19:16:17

Not in Ambridge
And merlot was right "…….no spoilers
.

Delila Wed 18-Oct-23 19:14:50

Has Robert Snell officially died yet??

Delila Wed 18-Oct-23 18:29:01

Maybe merlotgran has a hunch?

eGJ Wed 18-Oct-23 16:54:00

Adil’s in next week’s cast list. As is Azra Malik. Is that his locum doctor sister? Episode on a Friday says it’s the end of an era for one resident, so who knows?!

dogsmother Wed 18-Oct-23 15:30:52

Has Adil done a bunk?

eGJ Wed 18-Oct-23 14:41:25

Don’t think I want to imagine it🤣

Delila Wed 18-Oct-23 13:34:58

In true Archers style we’ll probably go straight to the aftermath, leaving the actual baptism to our imaginations.

eGJ Tue 17-Oct-23 15:32:15

Well, it’s due to happen in theory, but we haven’t heard anything more about it! And the graffiti was not even mentioned in passing yesterday! merlot is often right……….perhaps Churchdoorgate will be revisited tonight!

Delila Mon 16-Oct-23 23:36:26

Oh I see, thanks. So the baptism is still to come?

eGJ Mon 16-Oct-23 18:47:35

It was a meeting about refugees and no one turned up because of what they thought of Alan. Not the baptism.

Delila Mon 16-Oct-23 10:07:57

I must have missed something. Did neither Rob nor the other vicar turn up? I didn’t think Alan was officiating, so I was surprised he was there at all.

merlotgran Sun 15-Oct-23 21:04:42

My money’s on Henry for Churchdoorgate.

Isn’t Jack a bit old for a playhouse? Could be a treehouse I suppose but they live in a new build so would have to be a fast growing tree!

eGJ Thu 12-Oct-23 20:10:36

Well, do we think George is a reformed character? Tomorrow sounds traumatic for Alan and next week could be worse.
