How long has Bernie had a car? Didn’t know she could drive.

That’s what I thought when her car was being towed away. Maybe I’ve just forgotten but I have no recollection of Bernie ever having a car.

The minimum wage must be different in soapland because they can all do so much more with it: nice cars, meals out and almost living in the pub.

I see that Corrie is on every day next week, Monday to Friday, half hour episodes I think.

Focusing on (yet again);the Lauren Bolton mystery.

Think the new policeman, Kit, Bernie’s long-lost son, (poor chap), will be Sarah’s new love interest.

So Bernie had the chance to meet up with long lost son ten years ago and let him down by not turning up? How hurtful.

I was going to ask the same question about Bernie we ve never seen anything about a car before and how does she afford to run it they ve never got a pound to their name in that house surely she would have been taking Apollo to his appointments in it

Bernie is full of surprises lately. A secret son and a secret car. Given her past lifestyle, the abandoned secret son wasn’t a huge surprise. It’s a bigger stretch of the imagination that she’s had a car all this time while they are portrayed as a living in poverty. They never have a spare penny but Bernie can afford the expense of running a car. 🤷‍♀️

Now Billy and Paul seem to have their own disabled van - weren’t they getting disabled taxis ?

I wish they would neaten that creation on Billys face up It will soon join David and Adams hair ….mind you Rowan’s is pretty naff too

Maybe it was the camera angle last night but Kit looked at least a foot taller than Bernie. Goodness knows how much he’d be towering over petite Sarah. Dinky Damon was made for Sarah 😊

Wonder who Kit’s dad was?

No doubt he’ll be waiting in the Corrie wings to be brought out in a future story line.

I have had enough of the Lauren saga as usual it has been going on for too long.

I wish the speech would slow down and the words be pronunciated properly.

I have inadvertently read some future storylines.

I won’t spoil it for others! but suffice to say the storylines look to be getting worse!

Thanks for not spoilering the stories. I much prefer to follow the stories as they are screened than to find out in advance. The fun is in guessing how things will play out and it spoils it for me if I know what's going to happen.

The TV magazine in the supermarket had 'Lauren's killer revealed!' for this coming week. Any idea who this will be? I wonder if Nathan's return might be a red herring. I am going to go for Joel, Dee-Dee's sketchy boyfriend. There is something deeply unpleasant about him. Or perhaps the writers may go for it and it will turn out to be Billy or Craig? Who knows?

Well I hope Roy gets a big pay out for compensation for wrongful imprisonment

Roy is still on remand, and therefore 'not guilty' - pehaps this is why he can make calls freely.
Where do the residents of Coronation Street keep their cars? There was a brief flurry of parking on the street when some new regulations were to be brought in. Of late the street is almost free of cars - but of course there must be room for everyone to see and wave at taxis taking the departing residents off to the airport.
