Yes, I love it too Last night two of my granddaughters and I watched Nativity 2. We watch them all every Christmas, we aren’t so keen on Nativity 4 ( no Mr Poppy) But 1, 2 and three are lovely.
I ignored the devastation caused by our daughter, son in law and grandchildrens overnight visit and settled down to watch this, Love it, have watched it sooo many times, but so watchable.
If you haven't watched it, settle down with your favourite snack/s and watch some Xmas cheesy loveliness.
A lovely feel good film I remember watching it quite a few times with my granddaughter, around Christmas time, when she was at that nfant/junior school age.
One of my favourites for 10 years or more, I love it. Apparently there was very little script, a lot of it was improvised. Nice setting in Coventry Cathedral grounds.
Aah! That's why it came across as so natural which I loved. Thanks Joseann for that snippet of info.

I stumbled across this film this afternoon on BBC1. It's the story of a teacher (played by Martin Freeman) who is lumbered with producing the school Nativity play.
Ashley Jenson, Pam Ferris and Jason Watkins star, plus a load of adorable cheeky children.
It is sweet - it is cheesy - it's romantic - I found it just right for a dreary wet Sunday afternoon, (and yes, I shed a few tears but then I have always done that since my own children were in their Nativity plays.)
