Have you watched certain programmes every day, for years ?

Only the early BBC or Sky news at the same time most days. Football/Rugby and other sport is dictated by the match times, so not the same time every day.
Films tend to be streamed and series we like are occasional and often watched on catch up.

My local BBC news at 6.30 pm, on after the main news at 6.
I love seeing local events, local people, and the presenters become like friends.

No. I didn’t have a TV until recently, and I still don’t watch it much: an hour on Monday evenings for two quiz shows I enjoy, and I recently watched some episodes of Digging for Britain, which was on for an hour over three consecutive evenings for maybe three weeks.. I mainly wanted it for some sporting events which haven’t started yet this year, but when they start, I shall turn into a couch potato for weeks.

Usually The Chase marks 'down tools' time here. We have a cup of tea and try to 'win'. Then its on to the evening...!

Bargain Hunt episodes are often so old. We try to guess the year by the presenters haircuts! However, now that Natasha Ruskin Sharp has had a baby we’re watching newer ones to see how well she hid her bump.

No. The things I like are not on every day.

The ones I watch (not particularly good I have to say ) are, apart from the news, Bargain Hunt ( British) and Millionaire (Australian with Eddie McGuire). Just a habit. I watch Vera a lot,too and another one we have here, Hard Quiz.
