I’ve just looked up who’s in the Chilli Peppers now and am totally confused as their whole career seems like a game of musical chairs. It seems weird that all the bands playing at these festivals are the same ones that we used to play in the car when I drove my kids around in their teens.

As I said, they're not at Glasto this year - it's the Red Hot Chilli Pipers who are playing this year.

Me too. Remind me a bit of Free? Maybe not quite my sort of music but incredibly good and great stage presence. I’ll certainly make a point of watching them this weekend. Great name, too!

I just checked out YouTube and listened to 'Colours'

Another band to keep an eye on.

The Black Pumas,a band rarely seen in the UK but who have been around a long time in the USA .I listen to them a lot but looking forward to seeing them perform

He actually liked horses and, nothing like his image, did dressage and stuff I believe. I’m sure it will be repeated at some point; I’ll try to look out for it. If you like a band and they do a good set that’s one thing but if you aren’t particularly a fan ( eg me with Queen at Live Aid) and they blow you away it has to be something special.

I really regret not catching the Prodigy.
