For the first time since I began to watch it I skipped the results and enjoyed the proms and a book .
I did watch it on Saturday and didn't particularly enjoy it .
Maybe , it's me .

I've never really watched it before until the last three or four programmes.

As for the results programme! Didn't it used to be about 15 or 20 minutes long? The BBC knows how to stretch nothing much into a long drawn-out programme!

Regarding Toya, I love her energy & positive attitude.

I ageee Ilovedogs she’s definitely a tryer. All things aside I think she is the same age as me and doubt I could do what she’s doing. Loved her comment about being off to Barbados if she went out!

Yes Grandmadinosaur! (fabulous name by the way. ) Toya is certainly a force of nature & she smiles constantly unlike many of the contestants. In the words of Craig "Fab u lous"

I expected Paul Merson to be the other contestant having a dance off with Toyah. Poor Tom. I don't think his height helped him but I didn't think he was the worst.

It could have been a charleston or a jive or any dance tbh with all that jumping about and head shaking stuff.

I feel sorry for Tom he looked so disappointed.

Nick Knowles has another injury, his knee this time, so he has a bye for tonight apparently.

I just learned that this morning Sparklefizz .
Nick is going to find it tough to catch up with 2 significant injuries.
Some Celebs will be getting 10’s soon, they are that good.

Did anyone like the opening dance? I didn't think much of it.

Also not keen on Toyah's dance - there wasn't much actual Samba in my opinion.

It was a bit frantic.
Toyah is a pocket rocket but something doesn’t quite work for me when she dances. Not quite sure why.

Tasha's rumba was absolutely beautiful. I know she already has dance training but still ....

Chris did the jive brilliantly. He looked tired, not surprisingly.

Meanwhile Paul's cha cha was dreadful, I thought. He needs to be in the dance off in my opinion.

Paul should go this week. He’s terrible.
