Wayne Rooney is a footballing legend. Youngest scorer in history for England at 17 and the youngest goal scorer in the Euro’s at 18. The pressure on him was immense from such a young age, and he’s a very lucky man to have Colleen by his side.

Agree there are lots of spouses of well known people who wouldn’t be in the position they are in without the marriage, such as various Princesses, Queens etc. Coleen, met Wayne at school and was only 16 in her school uniform when she was being chased by photographers. And also, as this is a celebrity thread, with a little Strictly input, it should be pointed out that dancers don't have to be "lithe". Ok, maybe if you want to be a graceful ballet dancer, but other genres of dance require you to be strong firstly, and also liberating in your movements. I thought Oti was a great teacher of the rumba!
