I have seen her interviewed and she is always over-excited, giggling and in my view irritating and annoying. I could never watch anything with her in it.

Having seen what fellow cast members on Gavin & Stacey said (affectionately) about her over-excited, impulsive behaviour, as soon as I saw the trailers for this, I guessed what it might be like and decided not to watch. Seems I was right.

Couldn't watch tonight. Sugary, giggling whispering drove me up the proverbial. Sure she's lovely, but....

Agree. Though I felt a bit guilty for feeling niggled by her. I'm sure she's a lovely person who genuinely loves wildlife but her constant childish prattle drove me slightly round the bend. As she thinks this would have been a second choice career to acting, all I can say is "carry on acting"!

What could have been an interesting series from a wildlife rescue centre has been absolutely spoilt for me by the baby-voiced prattling Joanna.
She was specifically asked not to talk or interact with the birds and animals, nor to name them, but did the opposite and never shut up! She was supposed to be helping the staff but was useless! She was child-like and scared of everything she was asked to do, couldn't cut up a dead chick as food or catch an aviary bird without ducking away.
I have watched the first 3 episodes of 15, but can't bear to continue! Anyone else feel the same?
