My father bought us a Tv in 1953 purely because my mum wanted to see the Coronation. So did I, and I loved it. I was 7 years old and I thought the Queen was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen!
I loved Andy Pandy after that, then I suppose it was Crackerjack. Can’t think of any others at the moment but there must have been some.
