Anyone up for a Traitors thread?

I wouldn’t want Harriet representing me in court if that’s how she behaves under pressure.

Are the contestants on Traitors expected to keep their real identities secret? Harriet's is all too easy to find on Amazon. I searched and found many books in the name of Harriet Tyce and, on one of the pages, even her photograph. Has a nyone here read any of her books? I'm almost tempted...

Aveline Thu 15-Jan-26 19:37:51

Her behaviour last night is enough to deter me from buying any of her books.

' Rachel told a big 'lie' about FBI training, as if! '

I meant as if she would tell them if it were true.

lemsip Thu 15-Jan-26 19:59:06

It's on again right now!

I read Harriets book Blood Orange and really didn't like it much anyway so had already decided her books weren't for me.

Noticing the rise of Stephen more and more. An interesting choice of jumpsuit he’s wearing.
Sam is looking in danger at the Round table.

Millie22 Thu 15-Jan-26 21:20:32

Aw Sam has gone.

They're all over facebook and instagram. I must admit to not being a Traitors fan, seems like a 15 minutes of fame exercise to be honest.

The contestants have no phone or internet access when filming so they can't research each other, they only know what each other reveals personally. They sign an NDA and can't talk about the show until they are out of it, the NDA restricts what they can ever reveal.

I don’t mean to knock the programme, especially as I’m a huge fan of Big Brother!

Fiona was on the Welsh news yesterday. Treated like some sort of film star. !!!!

I m afraid I don’t warm to Rachel at all, Stephen is much brighter than he seemed, as if he was overruled by Rachel but he’s found a voice now and obviously is a bright chappie
I m amazed no one voted for Rachel at all, not one person !
Ahh well it’s just a game !

I like both of them and would like to see them as joint winners.

However, Stephen's big, innocent blue eyes might hide a ruthless streak. Would he throw Rachel under the proverbial bus?

Doodledog Sat 17-Jan-26 17:00:51

I think that Stephen is more likely to stand by Rachel than the other way round, but that could be because he is more ruthless and better able to hide his ruthlessness. We'll only find that out if they both get to the final, which I think they might.

I felt for Jade at the dinner party. They all had interesting backgrounds, but hers was so sad, and explained why she comes over as a bit aloof.

Delila Sat 17-Jan-26 18:00:57

I’m wondering if the traitors actually agreed to Matthew’s request to recruit him into the traitorhood, and if so, are they obliged to comply?

They’ve gone along with murdering Jessie, but if I was one of the traitors I wouldn’t want Matthew to join me. Surely it would be to their disadvantage?

Oreo Sat 17-Jan-26 18:05:45

They said they didn’t want Matthew to join them. They should kill him off next time if he isn’t banished.
Will Rachel keep the knife herself to have two goes at the round table? I would.
I would enjoy seeing Rachel and Stephen win the game as they seem genuinely nice people who as traitors have had a much more difficult time of it.

Aveline Sat 17-Jan-26 18:10:52

Yes they've worked hard at keeping their secret.

I missed that….did they tell Matthew they didn’t want him to join them, or is he still expecting to be recruited?

Aveline Sat 17-Jan-26 18:16:26

He's still expecting to be recruited

Sparklefizz Sat 17-Jan-26 18:18:10

Loving The Traitors. Rachel and Stephen have worked so hard. I hope they stay loyal to each other, and win and share the pot.

Oreo I agree. I hope the traitors kill off Matthew asap. He's a big threat to them.

Either Rachel or Stephen should keep the dagger and have 2 votes at the round table.

What a sad story Jade told over the dinner table. I see the tabloids picked up on it this morning and apparently it was a "murder-suicide" which is even more tragic and such a load for her to carry.

Oreo Sat 17-Jan-26 18:21:50

Yes poor Jade has been suspected by various people from the off at the round table, it must have been dispiriting for her.

Aveline Sat 17-Jan-26 21:00:22

She's very beautiful. Like a model.

TillyTrotter Thu 22-Jan-26 12:11:05

Another exciting evening at the Castle.
What a tense round table?
Can Rachel and Stephen get to the end - there aren’t many nights to go and so few Faithful left.
Rachel’s facial expressions at times would make me suspicious of her.
