I loved some of the results. Loved the colours and simplicity in the owl and fox tureen.

I loved the first challenge of making a soup set with tureen, ladle and 2 bowls all depicting how the potter likes to spend a winter's evening. I think this will prove to be a great bunch of potters.

damaskrise* I will be watching too of course I like the programme but unfortunately they pick on a few things to repeat over and over again The first time he cried I thought it was very moving but to do it in every series is just stupid and put on
Why can’t they be slightly innovative and just have little touches that are different It’s the same with all the series Sewing Bee s the same it wears it out and makes appear a lot less fresh than it could be
It’s worth watching NanKate
I ve done a bit of pottery in the past and it’s a very thrilling art form so yes of course I ll watch it but you can be a critic as well

I agree 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I have only watched the last series, loved it, except for the crying 😢
I was blown away by their creativity and talent, knowing nothing about pottery myself.
Thanks for the heads up Sarnia.

Great, I love this programme. All the contestants seem very genuine and usually display a friendly bond with each other.
Keith, Rich and Siobhan are a good mix and have a good rapport with each other.

I’ve never seen this programme May give it a go.

I don’t find it predictable at all! Nor do I think it’s had its day like so much “reality tv”. We’ll definitely be watching!

OldFrill Fri 02-Jan-26 10:30:10

Is it usually on for an hour and a half?

BlueBelle Fri 02-Jan-26 09:49:07

I loved the show, but I do think it’s very tired now, you really could write the script, you know exactly when he’s going to cry, you know when he’s going to throw cups or whatever in the bin. It’s just so predictive.
I will watch because at one time I loved it and let’s face it there’s definitely diddly squit else to watch but …..

Great news. I love this programme and am in awe of the talent displayed in every series.

I love this show! I couldn't throw a pot to save myself but it's great watching people being so creative. Keith is a big softy but can be quite harsh at times, throwing work in the bucket!

Used to enjoy this programme but now feel it’s just gone on too long, a bit like Strictly Come Dancing.

So you won't be watching it then. That's fine but many people really enjoy it.
