I’ve not watched for years, has Ken Barlow died yet?

I just want to say that I'm happy that all episodes are available on the day, from early morning. I quite enjoy watching the soaps during the daytime and then other shows in the evening. (And yes, I do record them and could watch anytime the next day or whenever, but I enjoy watching on the day.)

Betsy is 18, they just treat her as if she is 12.

I suppose the dastardly Becky pretended she had an inheritance, or a win on the premium bonds or lottery.

Property might be good value in Weather field. Two police officers, one a sergeant could probably pay off a mortgage. Obviously depends on the house and price. Betsy is 16 or 17 I think so they might have bought it 20 years ago.

Sorry if I come across as over-sensitive here but I really don't like the notion that the mother who didn't actually give birth is a 'spare' one. I think my daughter and her wife would also find the idea quite offensive.

I think it was mentioned a while ago that Becky gave birth to Betsy but I am not 100% sure.

I always record and whizz past the adverts. I now remember Debbie and Ronnie vying with Carla and Lisa to buy Yasmeen's house. I love Debbie and most of her clothes but that flat decor would give me headaches.

If you don't like the half hour try recording and then watch the two/three shows together. I always record to watch later and then pass over the boring bits and the ads

I agree. Maybe it's just getting used to the 30 minutes again, but with the ad break it's more like 25 minutes, and it's not long enough.

Carl and Carla fully recovered, Noddy aka Becky in jail, same day visiting orders. Where is Carla living? Why doesn't she kick Lisa out? Lisa only moved in with Carla temporarily when she had a flood at her last house.

Shona’s sister’s first appearance was in the Corriedale episode. She was bound and gagged in the back of a van at the crash site and escaped. I’m expecting her to be an off shoot from the people trafficking story that’s been running for months in Emmerdale . But it’s anybody’s guess.

Dopey David shouldn’t have dropped her off at their house with the offer of accommodation without even discussing it with Shona or indeed Audrey or Lily who are going to walk in to a complete stranger in the house.

I don't understand why Shona's sister is apparently homeless and staying at Davids. Perhaps I dozed off and missed a bit.
