Anyone else watching this?

It's a bit like Virgin River but a slightly more believable. I'm loving it.

Is that the programme with the doctor and his two children who took up a new practice?

ferry23 Mon 02-Mar-26 12:16:25

That's the one

Beechnut Mon 02-Mar-26 12:23:23

I watched it on regular television years ago and loved it too 😃

A fan of Virgin River too.

Keep your tissues handy ferry23 Everwood is an emotional roller coaster of a series, despite it being 24 years old.

I remember watching this when it was on in the afternoon many years ago.
I had to put it to record on the days we picked our GD up from school.
It was addictive and I loved it.

Me too
I discovered Everwood recently, didn't watch it when it originally aired. I kept seeing the ad for it with Treat Williams and eventually decided to give it a try.

Well, 4 series later - loved it. Found it very watchable.

There has been some chatter about an Everwood revival because of the renewed interest in it - yes please.

I loved Everwood, I watched it years ago. Another series would be hard without the amazing Treat Williams who sadly died not so long ago.

Myself and my 2 daughters are all loving it. Sometimes it’s hard to find something we can all watch together as we have very different taste in telly watching . We are on Season 2 at the moment . It reminds me a bit of The Waltons, anybody remember watching that years ago?

Now I've had a look and got hooked, it's all your fault.

My elderly neighbour Margaret would have loved
Everwood .

She introduced me to Virgin River which she could talk about for hours. She was very upset when VR was suddenly axed.
Sadly, by the time it was resurrected for a new series she had died. I had to watch the new VR in memory of her.

I've just finished the very last episode. What a great programme, I did shed a tear at the end mostly I think, because I'd got to the end!

I was a little bit in love with Harold AND Andy, but I thought every character was so well acted. It certainly cheered up the gloomy January and February afternoons for me.

I'm going to give Chesapeake Shores a shot now

Just discovered Everwood, too, and am on series two so far. Love Dr Harold, who tries so hard to be a good husband and father, and keeps on trying! The guy who plays Ephram doesn't have a huge range of expressions, and I can't yet work out whether he's a terrible actor or just playing the part of a moody teenager

Ooo, never heard of it, right up my street.

Moonwatcher1904 Tue 31-Mar-26 00:30:19

Yes I'm watching it too. It's really good. On Season 1 Episode 22.

mae13 Tue 31-Mar-26 02:11:38

Yes, it was Lily of the Valley.

Husband and I actually both enjoying this series. It’s not his usual type of programme.

I've just finished the last episode of Everwood and it was so addictive I watched it every night before bed. I loved it.
I was looking for info on Treat Williams and was so sad to hear he had been killed in a motorbike accident in 2023.

Ann with a E on Netflix
It's a really enjoyable series in fact a must watch although hankies at the ready.

PS
I meant to say I enjoyed Everwood and love these feel good series

I've watched 'Anne with an 'E' too Mary59 and although I enjoyed it, I loved the version with Megan Follows as Anne best, I think from the 90s.
I've started watching 'Sullivan's Crossing' on Netflix now, it's very similar to Everwood in theme but I'm hooked. I go for easy watching these days, I'm over the 'edge of the seat' stuff now smile

I love Everwood. It will shortly be time for my 3rd rewatch! I get so invested in Amy and Ephram's relationship despite knowing the outcome. Sad that Treat Williams (Andy), Stephanie Niznik (Nina) John Beasley (Irv) and Anne Heche (Amanda) have all died.

sassenach512 Mon 27-Apr-26 00:13:14

Oh I didn't know that Seabear that really is sad sad
