I found her series on Australia pretty good.

She is clever and can be on the mark about so many things but -

there is no need for her vulgarity. It's childish.

I’m not convinced she’s a good actress either, as to me, her unpleasant characteristics predominate.

Wonderful voice as a narrator on the radio or podcasts.

I don't do smut as a rule, but I quite like her. Just reading one of her books, I thought I was I unshockable, but she does rather take the biscuit with some of her outrageous antics.
As a young girl, her family lived on Allison street in Govanhill, in Glasgow, around the corner from my grandmother. Her father was a Gp, so when I read that, I kind of stuck with the book.

Her programmes on Australia were very interesting and she came across as warm and caring with a real concern for the people she met.
Her acting ability is impressive.

I sometimes wonder what her partner makes of it. She is a respected academic.

I like Miriam. I find her childish ways silly but amusing. She isn't a mother so doesn't have to curb her language or actions to please anyone, only herself. She's a one-off.

I quite liked her when I have seen her in documentaries, but I saw her live and didn't enjoy the swearing and crude talk at all,people around me where laughing there heads off, which seemed to make her worse, there was a sign language interpreter who looked a bit embarrassed too.

I like her as well. Yes she swears, nothing I have not heard in a pub. I liked her when she was in the States she spoke to alot of people, some not very nice but she held her own.

On Graham Norton she has some shocking stories all lined up ready, then away she goes whilst looking round to see their reactions on the couch. It's an attention seeking act, well rehearsed. She knows how to work the audience and loves shocking them.
