What do others think of this Paloma Faith and Sam Ryder program on similar theme of The Piano? I wish they would shut up and let us listen to the songs, I don’t think it has the ‘class’ of The Piano. I will give it one more watch to see if it improves. The singers are lovely, of course.

I don't know the particular programme, but any sort of presentation that witters on about this and that in excess around the actual music when you just want to listen, drives me spare.

I got bored with it, won't watch anymore.

I thought it was awful.

Alison Hammond is no Claudia.
Paloma Faith and Sam Ryder have no "gravitas"
The songs were all dreary or boring
Singing a song well is vastly different to playing an instrument skilfully

So that's a no from me

I didn't even watch the first episode to the end. It was rubbish!

The talking over the singers, why!

I'm not an Alison lover either.

As soon as I saw that Alison Hammond would be a part of it, I knew I would not watch it! Just cannot stand the overly loud voice and dreadful cackle!! I have read so many comments from others saying the same, that I am surprised she isn't aware of them and tried to tone down a bit!!!

I didn’t watch it all either. I can’t stand Alison Hammond

I thought it would be good but I found the presenters unconvincing in their enthusiasm and a bit hysterical - even though I like Paloma Faith and Sam Ryder. It should have been touching but it just seemed corny.
