New Strictly Presenters.

Weird choice. Can't stand Josh Widdicombe, supposed to be a comedian but not at all funny and has an irritating voice. They don't need three either. Rylan would have been good and I love Emma. It's never been the same since Bruce left. Can't bear Claudia with her weird gurning and hidden eyes. There must have been many more suitable replacements for Bruce. Think it's best with a man and a woman.

I'm reserving judgement on whether these 3 will work well. I hope they do, as I love Strictly!

Really sad that it looks like JoJo won't be dancing, I think he is spectacular to watch. My husband recently surprised me with tickets for Kinky Boots in the West End, and JoJo was amazing. A role that was made for him! ( Matt Cardle and the rest of the cast were great too! )

Personally, I would have liked Rylan and Zoe in the other 2 roles, but we shall give the new ones a chance ,and see.

Love Johannes and will miss his dancing. Don't really know Josh. Wish they'd changed the judges, Shirley is so annoying!

Don't watch it thank goodness

Why do they need a 'roving reporter'? Can't stand Johannes personally and don't know what he can add. I guess as they've 'let go' so many professionals they haven't got so many left and have to fill in the programme slot with even more chatter.

I'm unsure what to think really. Don't know Emma or Josh and haven't seen them in anything before.

I wish it had been Zoe.

The show certainly is in need of a revamp. I like Johannes but don't much care for the other two. but I'll give it a try. I had got so tired of the format that I used to record the programme and then just watch the dancing and fast forward through the rest of it. Shame that Johannes isn't dancing anymore.

RYLAN, good grief, hes like a rash

From what I have read, the BBC carried out an extensive interview process, getting different people to audition with each other to check how they worked together. Although Josh Widdicombe is most certainly a wild card I feel that he could prove to be a good host in the post-dance room. He is a witty individual, with a charming manner so I hope he does well. He's not one of those very loud celebrities, he's not permanently turning up on red carpets so many will not know of him well. If you think back to when Claudia got the SCD presenting role, she was not widely known either. Let's give him a chance.

I’m very bemused by the choice of presenters and why 3 of them? Emma Willis - she’s ok, good presenting style and nothing much to irritate me there. Josh Widdicombe - rather an unusual choice, very surprised about him as a presenter, but I quite like him. Johanes - absolutely brilliant dancer and I would have liked him to stay on as a professional dancer as he was sheer perfection on the dance floor. Can’t blame him for wanting a change though, so I mustn’t be selfish. Loved him in Kinky Boots at the theatre recently. At the same time, he’s rather oily (sorry!) and possibly a little bit insincere and over the top when he’s speaking?! Zoe Ball would have been good - very emotional, but seems genuine. Yes, extremely surprised by the choice, especially after all the speculation. Quite glad it’s not Rylan - don’t dislike him, but he seems to be everywhere. Perhaps Rylan will be a competitor sometime (or has he already been one?).

Not impressed, but we shall see. At least Johannes has dance knowledge.

I don't feel particularly enthusiastic about this announcement. I liked Emma the few times I have seen her. I hope Johannes will still appear in the group dances.

I'm not that keen on Josh but have only seen him occasionally on panel shows. He doesn't seem to have much sparkle but according to the press, he blew away the producers at the auditions, so we shall have to see.

Josh is nice but I think Rylan would suit the show better.
I liked emma when she was working in as a midwife s assistant.

I'll wait and see how they perform. I only hope they liven up and change the format which has become stale and repetitive.

I'm sure Johannes said recently that as long as his body holds up to it, he will never stop dancing on Strictly. Perhaps he is going to do masterclasses for contestants to copy?

I think it will be a great combination. None of them have egos which will make the star of the show.

I am confused - didn't they recently announce Johannes as a dancers?

I really like Emma and Josh.

I'm not a fan of Emma. My daughter used to love Big Brother when she was presenting. Her voice went right through me.

Not hugely impressed by Josh either. And I agree, Zoe would have been preferable.

I'll just wait and see.

Very disappointed. Do not like Josh find him really irritating. Emma is not on my radar, have not watched her on anything she has previously presented but would have quite liked Zoe and Rylan.

Love , love, love Johannes so am so sorry he is not dancing because I think he’s spectacular when he does. Saw him in Kinky Boots in April, he was amazing !

I recently went with my granddaughter to see the current Strictly Professionals Tour and it was fab-u-Lous!

We were just 3 rows from the stage and it was wonderful to be in such close proximity to all the performances.

All 3 have plenty of live TV experience, that must have worked in their favour.

Personally I was expecting not to watch next season as I was convinced that certain rather 'demanding' presenters were going to get the jobs. And that includes some I like, but couldn't cope with 2 hours of them!

So, all in all, I'm happy

I like Josh but Strictly?
Not sure, it would not seem to be his natural home.

Time will tell, as in all things.

I will watch it.

Love Emma, she is a great presenter and stunningly beautiful. JoJo is simply fabulous. Not keen on Josh but I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Rylan would have been my choice with Emma.
