Yet another miserable stroppy teenager, Lucy the unheard of niece a week ago, now moved in with Tim and Sally.
Why on earth would Glenda stop and sit down at the bus stop with her, asking if she was ok? I know she had a little case with her, but no reason to assume something was wrong, surely?
Glenda on a roll after helping Bethany out regarding her date.
I thought that was a bit strange as well Calendargirl didn't recognise Glenda at first and thought it was someone with evil intent picking up young girls.
Harry (the new Harry ) has turned into quite a good little actor, unlike some in the soaps. If you don’t watch it Harris how do you know you don’t like it and why would you bother with a Corrie thread
Can’t get over Harry being 10, I still think of him as a toddler!
Jake, Ruby, Hope and Joseph all good actors, they put Jack and possibly Liam in the shade.
Not forgetting little Dorin of course, who looks such a happy little chap, no worries at being separated from his real mum who seems to have forgotten he exists.
I don't think any of us realise Harry is 10 because he spent the first 9 and half years of his life in the childcare cupboard. Jake and Susie (real life brother and sister) are great at acting. Susie is the perfect match to Eva.
Yes, I'm puzzled that no one seems to have thought through childcare provision through the summer holiday for Harry. Presumably, prior to her incarceration, his mother would have been at work each day.
EllieAnne - I know what you mean about the houses. They are all made of elastic and like the Tardis. In boring moments I try to work out where they all sleep. Where does Lauren live?
And why didn't Todd move in with Summer in the flat rather than moving into the overcrowded house with George? Has Lisa forgotten her flooded house? Has Daniel forgotten his inherited house? Am I overthinking this?
These houses are barely two up and two down because downstairs there is a kitchen and a sitting room. I would imagine upstairs each has his or her own bedroom!
Not sure why I am bothering to share this really, but what the heck has happened of late. This is not the Corrie that I want to watch... Can't stand all of the prison stuff. Then there's the horrible Ross why do we have to suffer these characters. What is going on with Todd, guess this is leading to a drinking problem. Don't like Idris either with his 'dodgy dealings'. I think Lucy probably killed her mum, but then that has all been done before with Stu so who knows?!
Think I will fast forward on the prison scenes. Predictable and boring. Just read a book by Jemma Forte. All about a family. Made me laugh and cry. I thought if only she was a writer for Corrie.
This thread always has people complaining about how awful it is, yet they still watch it regularly enough to comment on past and present stories and characters .
I'm sure we all prefer some stories and characters to others, which is why there are multiple plotlines - so there is something for everyone - but it's not compulsory to watch it at all - if people dislike it so much they can do something else.

Absolutely and that is why I said "not sure why I am bothering to share this really"...was just thinking out loud I suppose.
