I went yesterday in what was perfect weather. Has anyone else on here been? I managed to find all 30 sculptures. Perfect setting and much food for thought - especially on the impact of his role as a war artist on his post war work.

I went with my DD and grandchildren but never managed to see all the sculptures.

I had no idea there was an exhibition we chose Kew as an ideal place to meet. It is a wonderful setting and very beautiful place the positioning and placement of the sculptures was perfect.

I may go again ((without children!) to perhaps view them all.

We worked very hard on finding some of the 30 -especially Family Group- and had to be revived with an icecream once we’d succeeded.

If you can visit the Henry Moore Foundation at his former home in Perry Green, Much Hadham in East Herts. The statues are set in over 70 acres of garden.

Yes I would really recommend this. I went many years ago when they had a special exhibition with some of Rodin’s sculptures. The contrast between the two was stunning and both benefitted from being shown with the other. A really inspired ideas.
