Ingredients

4 juicy oranges
1 pint packet orange jelly
1 egg (beaten)

Handy Hint

If you want to, leave out the egg, but they look better with it included

Method

1. Cut oranges in half
2. Squeeze the juice and remove the pulp. Make sure not to damage the skin.
3. Measure the juice. Take as much boiling water as is needed to make up to a pint, and dissolve the jelly. Add the juice. Cool.
4. While it is still liquid, beat in the egg.
5. Fill the orange skins, leave to set. Cut into quarters
