Ingredients2 tbsp olive oil1 onion, chopped 1 bag watercress, chopped 500ml vegetable stock 200ml milk 1 pack Dolcelatte cheese Salt and pepper, to taste |

Method1. Heat the oil and gently fry the onion for 5 minutes until soft and transparent.2. Add the stock, milk, cheese and watercress then simmer very gently for 5 mins, stirring frequently.
