IngredientsShortcrust pastryJar of mincemeat (left over from Christmas! but optional) 3 ripe pears 120g butter softened 150g caster sugar 2 eggs 20g plain flour 200g ground almonds plus almond essence |
Handy HintThis is a purely "made up as you go along recipe" Pears - I had in the fruit bowl, mincemeat was half a jar left over from Xmas and I also grated some leftover bought marzipan onto the mincemeat as husband likes almond flavour. |
