Ingredients1 tbsp olive oil2 garlic cloves (crushed) 340g (12oz) bacon (cut into strips or pieces (I use a bit more)) 450g (16oz) tagliatelle 140g (5oz) double cream 28g (1oz) Parmesan 1 jar of green pesto |

Method1. Heat oil in a large saucepan add garlic and bacon until bacon is the way you like it.2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. 3. Drain pasta, add to the bacon mixture and stir in the cream, pesto and cheese. 4. Mix well and continue cooking for 1-3 minutes 5. Serve immediately or reheat to serve later | |||||||||||||||||||
