Ingredients

2 400g cans haricot beans (drained and rinsed)
2 185g cans tuna (drained and flaked)
8 spring onions (chopped)
175g black olives
7 tbsp olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and freshly ground pepper
4 slices crusty bread
1 garlic clove (halved)

Method

1. Mix the beans, tuna, spring onions, parsley and olives in a bowl.
2. Mix together the oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and gently mix in the beans and tuna.
3. Toast the bread on both sides and rub one side with the cut side of garlic. Spoon the tuna mixture over the top.
