Ingredients200g Toblerone chocolate (roughly chopped)2 eggs (separated) 125ml whpping cream |

Method1. Place 150g of the toblerone in a medium heat-proof bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until melted, remove from the heat and cool slightly.2. Stir in the egg yolks until evenly combined. Whip the cream until soft peaks form and then fold it into the chocolate mixture. 3. In a separate bowl,whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form and then lightly fold them into the chocolate mixture. Spoon into 4 glasses or bowls and chill for 3 hours.Decorate with the remaining Toblerone. | |||||||||||||||||||
