400g tin chestnut puree
300ml tub thick brandy cream sauce
100g bar dark chocolate
Pack 4 individual meringue nests

To decorate: grated chocolate & extra cream if liked

Handy Hint

If you like making meringues, make your own instead of shop bought. Alternate the cream with creme fraiche.

Method

1. Mix the chestnut puree with the cream.
2. Stir in the chopped bar of chocolare & use to fill individual meringue nests.
3. Decorate with chocolate & cream
