Ingredients

1 chocolate swiss roll
Ice cream (up to you re flavour)
Chocolate buttons

Handy Hint

I do mine in a pyrex bowl and press the lid on upside down to push it in firm.

Method

1. Line a bowl with cling film.
2. Cut the swiss roll into 2cm slices and clad the bowl.
3. Mix ice cream in a bowl to soften and mix in the choc buttons
4. Put the ice cream over the swiss roll clading making sure it's pushed down firm.
5. Cover the pudding over with the cling film and return to the freezer. Remove from freezer a few mins before serving and turn out on to a plate.
