Ingredients

* 200g pasta shapes
* 100g Light Philadelphia with Chives
* 2 x 120g cans skinless and boneless mackerel fillets in sunflower oil, drained
* 8 cherry tomatoes, chopped
* Snipped chives, to garnish

Method

1.Cook the pasta according to pack instructions
2.While the pasta is cooking, heat the Philadelphia in a pan and heat through until it’s smooth and creamy. You may need to add a splash of milk to help soften it.
3.Drain the pasta and combine with the warmed cream cheese. Add the mackerel and tomatoes, and heat through. Serve garnished with the snipped chives and a grind of black pepper.
