What amazes me Galen is that I found this site just by googling, and yet the response from them has been good. Perhaps we need to spread the word. Good for them - yet you had tried so hard to reach the 'right' person.

I've spoken to Jayne Sharpe! Very apologetic. They're refunding the car parking fees £20 and sending flowers. They won't do compensation for pain and distress though!

So do I. But at least I've got my £20 back and also BA have just asked me to send details about the problems I had with checkins!
I am very impressed with this "limited mobility rights" organisation!
