Yes, that one, you wouldn't dream of using (would you?)

The one I am talking about suggests we spend our days cackling like hyenas at the slightest thing.
Now I am the first to admit there may not be a "lorra lorra laughs" out there, but laugh out loud? Really?

(I cringe at C U L8ter too just to show I am not entirely biased)

DS doesn't always mean Dear Son or Darling Sister. Very often Sometimes it means Dratted Sister or Damned Son.

If everyone typed with one finger as slowly as I do, they would have to use accepted abbreviations or they wouldn't get the message posted until the conversation had moved on to a completely different subject.

Do you type British Broadcasting Corporation Channel 2 whenever you want to mention BBC2 ?

If only one letter were used, a D or an S or whatever, it could be just a slip of the finger.
