I need to find a word search puzzle to tax my brain . Is there a daily puzzle on gransnet I've missed? Does anyone know of an app that's not too difficult to start with, or a magazine that is reasonably difficult.

There are iPhone and iPad apps that offer hard and very hard word searches. You just put 'word search game' in the search box.

I used to do a daily general knowledge quiz on line - just google what you want and I am sure you will find lots of free sites.

Scrabble on iPad is great. You can play against the computer.

Yes, I love that, Bags! And I have a crossword app that downloads what crosswords you choose each day, which is good.

Sudoku available, too. There's puzzles at extremely difficult levels if you are a fan.
