Oh joy! I have to buy a Secret Santa present for a twenty-something young 'Lad ', you know....sporty, likes his gadgets, always down the pub! Does anyone have any recommendations for under £10? Something tacky and amusing will go down well I should imagine! smile

Have a look in BHS, they always seem to be a good source of "tacky & amusing" gifts! I seem to remember colleagues getting things from there, including a remote controlled fart machine and an inflatable sheep.

Just had a quick look on the BHS website, lots of things for £10 and under.

They also seem to have a rather interesting off. Apparently you get a free slipper with every mans dressing gown. Very handy for those with an uniped to buy for........

A willy-warmer might be suitable for this weather! grin
(Although only if he's planning on spending Christmas at a nudist colony...)

Don't be silly Ana, how would she know what size to buy?

Ana Tue 11-Dec-12 11:57:51

One size fits all, phoenix! wink

Why does it have to be tacky?

I have just bought a small traffic cone, from Amazon, under £5. It's called a toilet caution cone and carries the legend 'Warning Toxic Gas' and 'Give it 10 mins' The idea being to place on the lid of a closed loo.

I defy anyone to out-tacky this. I imagine it would be perfect Chrissy grin

Grrr Secret Santa, always a pain! I found a good selection of stocking fillers / secret santa gadgets here that I think would be suitable. Good luck! grin

Fantastic! Thank you to all posters for the advice. Yes BHS have some good stuff, not sure about a Willy Warmer(!) and 'Sel' that is definitely tacky!! It gets quite competitive at the works Christmas 'do' to find the most unusual/ outrageous/funny present, so I like the ideas. Thanks 'missmarple' I actually found something on that site that made me laugh. You can actually buy "nothing", I like the ridiculousness of it, I think I will get him NOTHING!! www.asseenonthetv.co.uk/shop/stocking-fillers/nothing-6301160764068/
