How does anyone do that fasting thing? I've read about it - it sounds really good. I've thought about it - sounds easy in theory. I've definitely meant to do it. But when I get up in the morning, all good intentions disappear, and I tuck in to my usual grub. (Sighs pathetically). Come on you fasters, what's the trick?

nanado sympathy, I am fasting today. Forgive them for their teasing they know not what they do. This fasting lark doesn't half make you feel tetchy, so listen you lot No more talk about food.

If it helps you in any way at all I wish I had the will power to follow any kind of diet what so ever, but as it is I dont so I wont be loosing any weight, were as you, well you WILL be, so how about that then--you can be happy now and me be the fat grumpy one! x
